Fair terms for a student productivity platform.

LazyStudents provides tools for productivity, documents, academic calculations, report previews, developer utilities and PDF workflows. We do not guarantee academic acceptance of any output.

• You must use the tools lawfully and for their intended purpose.
• Some features require an account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
• Tools marked as coming soon or beta may be incomplete, change, or be removed without notice.

You own uploaded content and grant us permission to process it only to provide the requested tool. Files uploaded to our servers are automatically deleted within 2-3 hours. We do not permanently store your documents.

• No illegal, harmful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized confidential files.
• No attempts to overload, scrape, or bypass platform protections.
• No uploads intended for cheating, impersonation, harassment, or fraud.
• No use of polls, surveys, feedback forms or link tools to collect data deceptively or to harass others.

Generated summaries, outlines, reports and documents are starting points. You are responsible for the originality, accuracy and citation of anything you submit, and for following your institution's academic integrity policy.

The LazyStudents name, design and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the tools and their outputs for your own study and work, but you may not copy the site, resell the tools, or present them as your own.

The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyStudents is not liable for academic outcomes, portal rejections, data you choose to upload, or decisions made from tool outputs.

We may update these terms as the site evolves; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Visit the Contact page. Read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer too.
