What is Viva Questions Generator?
Viva Questions Generator prepares you for oral exams and lab vivas. Enter a topic and optionally paste your notes. Without AI, it builds questions and model answers from the definitions in your notes. With AI, it writes a graded set of questions with answers you can say aloud. Hide the answers to practise, then check yourself.

Tips
Get better results
- Paste notes whenever possible. Questions made from your own notes match what your examiner is likely to ask.
- Say answers out loud. Reading them silently does not prepare you for talking in front of an examiner.
- Treat every generated answer as a draft and check it against your textbook.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it use AI?
There is an offline version that always works, built from templates and rules. The “Write with AI” button is optional; it sends only what you typed to an AI service and returns a draft for you to check. If AI is unavailable, the offline version stays as it is.
Are the answers always correct?
Not guaranteed. Offline answers are lines from your own notes. AI answers can contain mistakes, so verify before relying on them.
Is anything saved?
Your last question set is kept in your own browser so you can practise again. It is not uploaded. Generate a new set to replace it.
Can I print the questions?
Yes. Download the questions with or without answers as PDF, Word or text.
