About this tool
What is Semester Planner?
Semester Planner is the one-time setup behind your attendance and study tools. Enter when classes start and end, paste or add your weekly timetable, mark holidays, events and exam weeks, and it counts every class held and still to come for each subject.

- See how many classes are left in each subject
- Mark holidays, fests and exam weeks so they are not counted

01 02 Add your timetable
Paste it as text, such as Monday then 9-10 Physics, or add classes one by one.
03 Add holidays and exams
Add holidays, events, exam weeks or study leave. Days with these have no regular classes.
04 Check the overview
See classes held, classes left and your calendar. Tap a day to fill in attendance.
Tips
Get better results
- If your college gives an official class count for a subject, enter it. Remaining classes are capped to it.
- Joined late? Enter your attendance so far in section 5 of Setup.
- When the semester ends, use Next semester to archive this one and start fresh.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to do this every day?
No. Setup is a one-time job per semester.
Does it know my college holidays?
No. Colleges differ, so it only suggests common ones and never applies them for you.
Where is my data saved?
Your plan is saved in this browser. Sign in and it is saved to your account too, so it follows you to every device.
Can I plan for someone else?
Yes. Use the Plan for menu at the top to add another person.
